Visitor Protocols & Conduct
The Species Conservation Project admits a limited number of visitors to observe, interact with, and occasionally assist in the care of our resident fauna at Shelter-32. All visitation is pre-approved and subject to active monitoring. You are entering a sanctuary designed around species that challenge conventional understanding — your behavior matters more here than it might elsewhere.
🎟️ Admission & Orientation
Entry to Shelter-32 is by invitation or vetting only. Those approved will receive a briefing and orientation on site expectations, followed by clearance for specific biomes. Late arrivals, unscheduled entries, and individuals of uncertain classification may be provisionally granted access but should expect scrutiny.
📜 Sanctuary Conduct Guidelines
The following guidelines are in place to protect both visitors and residents. While deviations are not uncommon, consequences are swift, proportionate, and (when possible) educational:
- Do not attempt to “dominate” or assert authority over any fauna. Social hierarchies here are fluid and rarely human-centered.
- Do not provoke, mimic, or attempt to “test” resident behavior. Many creatures here are sentient, some are sapient, and all are unpredictable.
- Improvised bonding rituals are discouraged but will be recorded for research.
- Naming, feeding, or adopting fauna is strictly prohibited (unless the fauna initiates it first).
- Visitors are encouraged to engage with their surroundings, but remember: containment exists for a reason. Push boundaries carefully.
🚧 Zone Restrictions
Several regions within Shelter-32 are subject to biological flux, spatial layering, or memetic radiation. These are clearly marked with signage you probably shouldn’t ignore. Violations may result in looping perceptions, temporary feral states, or immediate relocation by containment staff.
🧠 Cognitive and Emotional Effects
Prolonged exposure to certain enclosures may result in empathic resonance, instinct bleed, or minor linguistic drift. These are normal. Visitors should report any sensations of “being watched from the inside” or intrusive memories of nonhuman origin. We promise to take them seriously.
🔁 Departure & Reintegration
Before exiting the facility, guests may be required to submit to a debriefing. This includes reality stability assessment, signature confirmation of containment integrity, and voluntary donation of anomalous materials acquired (intentionally or otherwise).
